Our customers are the reason we exist, and that is the reason why we try to treat our customers in such a way that they feel welcome to deal with Wood 100.
In the same sense we try to give our customers the best product for the best price possible. We therefore also include extras and options, that some other company’s may not normally include.
i.e.
- FREE one layer of Golden brown or Clear wood treatment.
- FREE glazing-beadings already cut to size, and fitted, ready for installation of glass.
- FREE brass stays, and opening ironmongery on all our windows, and gauze-openers.
- FREE guides, tracks and flush handles on our sliding and folding-sliding doors.
- The option of quality, painted burglar bars at a minimum extra cost.
- The option of mosquito gauze fitted inside an extra opener, for convenience, at a minimum extra cost.
- Our customers can also contact us at any time with queries regarding our product, or the installation of it. We invite you to try our service and experience the difference.
Please Note. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we have a production line factory, we can not do installations. We can however refer you to someone who is qualified for this.
CAD Design
Before we start manufacturing a product, the whole product is drawn using a CAD (Computer Aided Design) software package.
This allows us to fully visualize the assembled object, and take accurate measurements as well as solve possible problems even before the product is manufactured. This reduces the number of faulty products, reducing your waiting time, and assuring you of a much higher quality product.
All drawings are double checked by one of our qualified personnel, to identify possible problem areas, and solve them before they actually occur.
This is also one of the first quality inspections, which are carried out continuously during the manufacturing process, ensuring you of a high quality product.
Quality Inspection
All our products are inspected for quality at various points during the manufacturing, and assembly process. This ensures you of an excellent quality product.
Furthermore we use only the highest quality blades on our machines to ensure a smooth and well fitting product.
Machinery
We only use highly accurate, high speed machines to manufacture our wooden products.
